JCP&L is reporting work continues at the Gilboa substation. While total outages have decreased since Saturday evening, we are receiving information that some of those who have been restored are only experiencing partial power. JCP&L reports they are sending additional resources to further the repairs. If you are experiencing partial power, please report it to JCP&L. Weather Forecast:
An Excessive Heat Warning is effect through Sunday evening. High temperatures are forecast to be in the mid 90s, with heat index values between 102 and 107 degrees. There is a chance for thunderstorms Sunday afternoon and evening.

Pets may be brought to this facility, but are not allowed in the firehouse. They will be sheltered in a climate controlled animal sheltering trailer that is stationed on the property.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
We strongly urge those without power and air condition to first seek shelter with friends or family whenever possible. The cooling center is a facility of last resort that offer a place to sit in an air-conditioned room. If you report to a cooling center you should bring items of comfort including food, water, and medications. Should power not be restored this by early this evening, alternative arrangements will be made for those in need of shelter.
