Evacuations ordered per Clearlake Police Dept for residents in Chapman Tract. Area east of Hwy 53 in "the Avenues" 
Evacuations are ordered in the area of the city of Clearlake in the area commonly known as the Chapman Tract. It includes the area East of State Hwy 53.
Instructions:
Residents are to leave the area immediately. An evacuation center has been set up in the city of Clearlake at the highlands senior center.
