KENNESAW POLICE DEPARTMENT NEEDS YOUR HELP
with any information pertaining to an armed robbery at the
Dollar General Store 
On Sunday, August 14th, officers from the Kennesaw Police Department were dispatched to the Dollar General located at 2766 Cobb Parkway in reference to an armed robbery.
Upon arrival, an employee stated that a black male entered the location at approximately 9:00pm and brandished a dark colored pistol and demanded the money from the register. Once the suspect received an undisclosed amount of money he fled the area on foot in an unknown direction of travel.
The suspect is described as a thin black male wearing a white polo-style shirt, dark colored pants, sunglasses and a dark colored “dew-rag” with an unknown design. Please see the attached photos.
