WHY: Los Angeles Police Department personnel will be holding a news conference to inform the public of a $35,000 reward for information leading to the identity, arrest and conviction of the Attempt Rape/Attack suspect involved in several incidents in the Echo Park, Downtown, East Hollywood and Silver Lake/Sunset areas.
Detectives will also be displaying and providing a copy of video footage of the suspect of interest at these locations.
