Arrest: 31 year old female, resident of Santa Cruz; 24 year old male, resident of Scotts Valley; 30 year old male, resident of Santa Cruz
Charges: Outstanding warrants, false identification, possession of drug paraphernalia
Officers contacted three subjects and determined that two of the three subjects were on probation and the third had several outstanding warrants. The first male lied about his identity and was cited and released. The second male was in possession of drug paraphernalia and was cited and released. The female was arrested for outstanding warrants and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 39 year old male, resident of Fremont
Charges: Possession of a controlled substance, under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of burglary tools, prowling
Officers responded to a report of two subjects on motorcycles prowling in the area. The first subject was detained and found to be under the influence, in possession of methamphetamine, and in possession of burglary tools. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail. The second subject fled into the dead end of Alberto, where officers located the motorcycle abandoned. The motorcycle had previously been reported stolen to San Jose Police. Follow-up is being conducted.

Arrest: 50 year old male, resident of Santa Cruz
Charges: Felony vandalism
Officers responded to a report of a vandalism in progress, specifically that a male was walking downtown and breaking windows. Officers contacted the suspect as he walked down the middle of the roadway. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 20 year old female, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: DUI
Officers responded to a report of a driver slumped over the wheel of a vehicle, blocking the turn lane. The driver displayed the objective signs of alcohol intoxication and was transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 49 year old male, residence unknown
Charges: Assault with a deadly weapon
Officers responded to a business regarding an assault that had just occurred. The suspect entered a business and was acting strangely. A male employee asked the suspect to leave, at which point the suspect attempted to attack the victim with a pen. Responding officers located the suspect as he left the area. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 73 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: DUI
Officers responded to a report of a subject refusing offers for a sober driver, instead choosing to operate his vehicle. Upon their arrival and briefly observing the suspect drive on the wrong side of the road, an enforcement stop was conducted. The driver displayed the objective signs of alcohol intoxication. He was transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 38 year old male, resident of Campbell
Charge: Driving on suspended license, under the influence
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determined the driver to be under the influence of a controlled substance. He was also found to be driving on a suspended license. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.
