Washington County-On yesterday’s date at approximately 11:30 am, trooper Travis Baker from the Indiana State Police Post at Sellersburg, observed a gold Honda minivan with an expired license plate. He observed the vehicle on State Road #56 West, near the new bypass. He initiated a traffic stop and while talking to the driver, George W.
