Additional Information in Shelburn Death Investigation
Sullivan County—In addition to helping the Indiana State Police and the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office for the last 72 hours, Farmersburg Town Marshal George McAdams conducted the initial investigation into the fight at Mickey’s Bar and Grill at 103 East Main Street in Farmersburg. As stated in an earlier release, the initial physical altercation involved Joshua Hall allegedly battering Rustin Rehmel and Ralph Burrel outside the bar.
Marshal McAdams filed the initial one count of Battery (level 6) against Joshua Travis Hall for the attack on Ralph Burrel, which led to the initial incarceration of Joshua Hall.
Under the Law, criminal charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
