The Campbell Police Department is currently investigating the crime of forgery and identity theft that occurred on the evening of July 14th, 2016.
Around 5:45PM a stolen check was forged and used to make a fraudulent purchase at the Safeway located at 950 West Hamilton Avenue in Campbell. The subject depicted in the surveillance images is a person of interest in the incident.
