YONET Drug Arrest 
Several weeks ago, law enforcement intercepted approximately 3000 suspected ecstasy pills headed to a Davis address from Germany via US Mail.
On August 25, 2016, Yolo County Narcotics Enforcement Team agents served a search warrant in the 400 block of 9th Street in Davis. During the service of the search warrant, detectives found materials used to make concentrated cannabis (a street drug known as “honey oil”), an amount of completed concentrated cannabis, MDMA pills, along with other items suggesting the sales and distribution of illegal drugs.
Agents arrested residents Cosmos Rothenberg (25 year old male) and Julia Barcia-Bacon (23 year old female) on charges of conspiracy to distribute narcotics, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, and producing concentrated cannabis. Both suspects were booked at the Yolo County Jail.
