<p>On August 29, 2016, at approximately 12:40 am, Thurmont Police Officers were notified of an alarm sounding at the MD Vapor Inc. business in the 200 blk of N. Church St. While responding to the business, a Thurmont Police Officer located three (3) young males walking from the area. The males were detained and then transported the Thurmont Police Station after a burglary at the business was confirmed. Further investigation and interviews revealed that the following individuals were responsible for breaking into the business and stealing merchandise: Francis Geppi, age 19, of Thurmont; Joshua Ray Bare, age 19, of Thurmont; and a Juvenile male, age 16, of Thurmont; were arrested and charged with: 2nd Degree Burglary, 4th Degree Burglary, 2 counts of Destruction of Property, and 2 counts of Theft > $1,000. Mr. Geppi is being held on a $5,000 bond. Another Juvenile male, age 17, has been charged with: Conspiracy to Commit 4th Degree Burglary, 2 cts. Conspiracy to Commit Destruction of Property, Conspiracy to Commit Theft > $1,000, and Conspiracy to Commit 4th Burglary- Permit Tool Use.</p>
