<p>In collaboration with the Sausalito, Tiburon and Belvedere Police Departments, the Mill Valley Police Department will be hosting a Gun Buy Back Program on Tuesday, <strong>September 13, 2016, from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm</strong>.&nbsp; This program is sponsored by the Marin County District Attorney&#39;s Office,</p>

<p>The one-day event will take place at the Mill Valley Police Department, located at 1 Hamilton Drive.</p>

<p>Participants will be given $200 cash for operable semi-automatic guns and assault rifles, and $100 cash for any other operable firearms. It is a &quot;no questions asked&quot; program. Any type of weapon will be accepted. No ammunition should be in the firearms when they are turned in.</p>

<p>Proof of residency in Marin, San Francisco, Contra Costa, or Sonoma County will be required.</p>
