<p>Residents are encouraged to prepare for the effects of Tropical Storm Hermine. Heavy rain and very dry ground can cause ponding and flooding of roadways. Heavy winds can cause blowing of unsecured objects and fallen trees that still have full leaf canopies. Potential exists for flooding in prone areas and loss of utilities due to high wind and or fallen trees.</p>
