I-69 at the 245 mile marker, Delaware County, back open. 
I-69 northbound at the 245 mile marker, Delaware County, is back open. Both lanes were closed due to numerous crashes. There is still emergency crews in the area, waiting on a tow truck to get a semi off of the shoulder. Motorists are asked to move over to the left lane, or slow down when coming upon an emergency vehicle.
