<p>Update: PG&amp;E has&nbsp;repaired the gas line.&nbsp; Shelter in Place order has been lifted and the roadway is open.&nbsp; Thank you for your patience.</p>

<p>Construction crews working in the 800 block of W. Spain Street in Sonoma inadvertantly hit a PG&amp;E gas line.&nbsp; PG&amp;E is on-scene working on the repair.</p>

<p>The Sonoma Valley Fire and Rescue Authority has issued a &quot;Shelter in Place&quot; order for homes and businesses located in the 800 block of W. Spain Street and the 800 block of W. Napa Street in the city of Sonoma.</p>

<p>W. Spain Street is closed between Hwy 12 and 7th Street West and traffic is being diverted.</p>

<p>Another Nixle notification will be sent when the gas line has been repaired and the shelter in place order has been lifted.</p>
