Fire near Fordyce Lake, 10 miles North of Cisco Grove & I80 sending smoke into the area. No threat our area. 
The USFS is fighting the Phoenix Fire that started yeasterday in rugged terrain about 10 miles north of Cisco Grove and I80 near Fordyce Lake. The fire is at 38 acres, 75 % containment and full containment is expected tonight. It is sending some smoke into the Donner Summit and Truckee Area but there is no threat to our area at this time. Helicpoters and aircraft are working the fire along with ground forces. Go to inciweb.nwcg.gov for more detailed information on the fire.
