PRESS RELEASE: Subjects Wanted on Multiple Felony Warrants Arrested After Stealing Car in Warsaw.

September 9, 2016

Overnight, Warsaw Police Detectives along with officers from the Fort Wayne Police Department recovered a stolen vehicle that had been reported stolen on Wednesday morning, September 9th, from Wilbys on W. Lake Street, in Warsaw, after the owner left the keys in the vehicle while she went into the gas station. Two (2) suspects, wanted on multiple felony and misdemeanor warrants each, were taken into custody.

An anonymous tip to Warsaw Police advised that the vehicle and the suspects responsible could be located at the Knights Inn on Goshen Road in Fort Wayne. At approximately 2:00 a.m. this morning, police located the stolen vehicle in the parking lot of the Knights Inn. The vehicle also had a stolen license plate on it. Officers went to room 113 and located Michael Kneller and Tiffiany Anderson, both of Warsaw. Both Kneller and Anderson had multiple outstanding warrants out of Kosciusko County and where taken into custody without incident.

Michael Kneller, 36 years of age, was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on felony warrants for; Failure to appear for sentence (guilty of possession of chemical reagents and theft), fraud, attempted fraud, theft, and attempted theft. Misdemeanor warrants included; Theft, and attempted theft. Additional felony charges related to the auto theft will be filed. Michael Kneller is being held with no bond.

Tiffiany Anderson, 34 year of age, was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on felony warrants for; Failure to appear (fraud, theft, attempt to commit theft), fraud, attempt to commit fraud, theft, attempt to commit theft, forgery (multiple counts), theft enhancement (multiple counts), and obtaining a controlled substance by fraud. Misdemeanor warrants include; Theft (multiple counts), and attempt to commit theft. Additional felony charges related to the auto theft will be filed. Tiffiany Anderson is being held with no bond.
