San Pedro: Detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department Harbor Division, Sexual Crimes Unit arrested 32-year-old Rustin Craig Wilson for 243.4(d) of the Penal Code – felony sexual battery.
On May 12, 2016, the victim received chiropractic treatment in the 500 West block of 7th Street in San Pedro by Rustin Craig Wilson. Wilson restrained and pulled down victim’s shirt and forcibly squeezed her breast during her treatment. The victim was able to escape and as she left, Wilson said, “This never happened.”
On September 12, 2016, Wilson was arrested at Harbor station around 10:50 a.m. Wilson’s bail is set for $25,000.
Detectives believe there may be additional victims of other unreported incidents and are asking for the public’s assistance in locating them.
