<p><strong>Know your Number!&nbsp;</strong></p>

<p>The Bloomfield Department of Health and Human Services is offering&nbsp;Cardiac screenings <u><strong>September 20, 2016!</strong></u></p>

<p>Knowing your number is an important tool to manage your health and could help prevent Chronic Heart Disease.&nbsp;</p>

<p>A cardiac screening includes blood pressure and body fat assessment, cholesterol screening and an assessment conducted by a physician.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Screenings are scheduled from 10am-12pm noon. Cost is $25.00 for those 55 yrs and older, $30 for all others.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Location:&nbsp;Bloomfield Public Health Nursing Office,&nbsp;1 Municipal Plaza (Lower level), Bloomfield, NJ&nbsp;07003.</p>

<p>Screening&nbsp;conducted by Hackensack UMC&nbsp;Mountainside Hosptial Community Health.</p>
