<p>The New Jersey State Police is seeking the public's assistance with locating missing child, Sebastian Cardona, 15, of Elizabeth, N.J. Sebastian is a hispanic male, 5'00",100 pounds, green eyes, and blonde hair.</p>
<p>Sebestian was last seen on Saturday September 17 after attending a soccer game with friends. He was wearing a blue tee-shirt, khaki shorts, black glasses, and Nike sneakers. He was also riding a black and red bicycle. </p>
