<p>Phone lines at the Clinton County Sheriff's Office are still out of service but our 9-1-1 lines are working at this time. Charter is working to repair the outage. We do have a cell phone in our dispatch with a number of 618-741-3499, however it seems to be experiencing service issues as well. Our Facebook page is NOT monitored 24/7, so please do not leave messages requiring police / fire / ems attention or response.</p>
