<p>The Chula Vista Police Department is on scene of a developing incident in the 1200 block of Aruba Cove, Chula Vista.&nbsp; The incident began as a family disturbance at about 3:00 pm this afternoon.&nbsp; Currently police are trying to communicate with the occupants inside.&nbsp; &nbsp;Traffic may be impacted in the area and more information will be released throughout the incident.</p>
