Kelly Ave., between 3rd Ave. & 4th Ave., will be CLOSED September 26th, at 9 am until September 29th 
<p>At 9 am on Monday, September 26, 2016, Wintrow Construction, Metro RTA and the City of Akron Highway Maintenance will be closing a portion of Kelly Ave. as they are working on the rehabilitation of the railroad crossing which is located between 3rd Avenue and 4th Avenue.</p>
<p>The closure is expected to last until Thursday, September 29th.</p>
<p>During this closure, the posted detour routes will use Kelly Ave., Archwood Ave., S. Seiberling St., Innovation Way and 3rd Avenue.</p>
<p>Please remember to drive safely and to obey all road detour and closure signs.</p>
