<p>The Montgomery Police Departement would like to remind EVERYONE to never leave items of value in their cars and especially not in plain view! &nbsp; Nearby agencies have recently reported the possibility that the Felony Lane Gang has returned to commit car burglaries. &nbsp;They&#39;re known for breaking into women&#39;s cars parked at health clubs and daycares. &nbsp; The offenders typically drive rental cars with out of state plates. Once they&#39;ve stolen a purse or wallet with identifying information, they often go withdrawal money from your very own bank account! &nbsp;They act fast, we must be aware.&nbsp;Please, even if you are just going in to workout&nbsp;for 45 minutes, do NOT leave your purse or wallet with bank cards &amp; personal identifying information in your car. &nbsp;</p>

<p>If you are going to drop off your child at daycare&nbsp;and will only be in there 5 minutes, TAKE YOUR PURSE with you.&nbsp;</p>

<p>As always, we strongly encourage any suspicious activity to be reported to the police <strong>(not via Facebook or social media)</strong>, so that the police may respond approrpiately! Call 911 in the event of any emergency or the non-emergency line to reach the Montgomery Police Dispatch (KenCom) at 630-553-0554.&nbsp;</p>
