DETECTIVES SEEK TO IDENTIFY PERSONS OF INTEREST
IN HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION 
Detectives with the Portsmouth Police Department Major Crimes Unit are seeking assistance from the public in locating a person of interest regarding the homicide that occurred in the 3200 block of George Washington Highway last night. According to detectives, the individual pictured is not a suspect, but they believe that she may have information regarding this active criminal investigation.</p>
Instructions:
Anyone who can identify or know the whereabouts of the female pictured in the photograph is asked to call the Portsmouth Police Department Major Crimes Unit at (757) 393-8536 or the Portsmouth Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP ℠. Crime Line callers are never asked to give their name or required to testify in court. If a crime line caller’s tip leads to an arrest, the recovery of drugs or stolen property they could be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1000.
