On Friday 9/30/16, Grand River Ave will be CLOSED between National and Byron for the Howell Homecoming Parade. 
<p>The Howell Homecoming Parade is scheduled for Friday, September 30, 2016 at 4:30pm. Grand River Ave. will be CLOSED between National Street and Byron Road during the hours of 4:00-6:00pm. There will be NO PARKING allowed on Grand River along the parade route, so spectators for the parade are encouraged to find parking in the parking lots downtown. Alternative routes through downtown Howell will be Sibley Street or Clinton Street.</p>
