Suspects In Custody for Commercial Burglary
<p>SOUTH PASADENA, CA – On September 30, 2016 at about 2:20 am, officers were dispatched to Massage Envy at 1136 Fair Oaks Avenue for a possible commercial burglary that just occurred. A witness saw two males shatter the front window of the business, emerge with property and flee in a vehicle. Officers in the area located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. Three occupants (two males and a female) were detained without incident. </p>
<p>In the vehicle, officers found a safe, a cash register and a large rock possibly used to shatter the window to the business. Based on the evidence recovered, all three suspects were arrested for commercial burglary. </p>
<p>The suspects were identified as twenty one year old Howard Anderson of Hemet, twenty eight year old Marc Wideman of Long Beach and eighteen year old Myia Crossland of Ontario. </p>
<p>Additional evidence was recovered in the vehicle possibly linking them to other commercial burglaries in the Southern California region. The investigation is ongoing at this time. Anyone with information about this case is urged to call SPPD Detectives at 626-403-7280.</p>
