Blacks Bridge is open. 
<p>Blacks Bridge on Golfview Drive is now open. The Legion Road Bridge, and the bridge at the South Main Street/Parkton Road intersection remain closed and will most likely stay closed for the remainder of the day. In an effort to assist motorists unfamiliar with the area, NCDOT has established detour routes and placed detour signage along those routes.</p>
