State- Approved Food Safety Certification course available Wednesday, October 12, 2016 from ;9:00am- 4:00pm - ONE DAY ONLY!

This course is available to anyone in the food industry who wants to become ServSafe Certified. This certification is recognized nationwide and is valid for five years. A variety of food safety topics will be discussed. This course will fulfill the New Jersey State requirement that by January 2, 2010 At least one person in charge in Risk Type 3 Food Establishments shall be a Certified Food Protection Manager. Employees need to know food safety and the critical importance of its role. ServSafe gives them the knowledge and tools to do just that.
