You Can Run But You Can’t Hide. Shasta County’s Most Wanted Arrested in Anderson.
<p>On October 4, 2016 at about 1245 hours an Anderson Police Officer was patrolling the neighborhoods on the east side of Stingy Lane in Anderson CA. The Officer observed a black 90’s model BMW speeding through the area and then accelerate to get away from him. Other Anderson Officers swarmed the area and located the vehicle parked in a driveway in the 3300 block of Thomas Dr, Anderson, CA.</p>

<p>The officers conducted a consensual contact at the address where the car was and found 36 year old Anderson resident, Michelle WELSH hiding in the back yard. WELSH did not live at the address she was found at but she admitted to driving the BMW and speeding to get away. WELSH said she tried to evade the officers because she had warrants.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>WELSH is on probation and had three felony warrants for her arrest, plus two misdemeanor warrants and was on Shasta County Most Wanted list. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>WELSH was also in possession of six (6) grams of methamphetamine. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>WELSH was booked into Shasta County Jail on her warrants and charges will be filed for possession of a controlled substance.</p>
