On October 4, 2016 at about 1245 hours an Anderson Police Officer was patrolling the neighborhoods on the east side of Stingy Lane in Anderson CA. The Officer observed a black 90’s model BMW speeding through the area and then accelerate to get away from him. Other Anderson Officers swarmed the area and located the vehicle parked in a driveway in the 3300 block of Thomas Dr, Anderson, CA.
