<p>At 14:30 hrs (2:30pm) the National Weather Service (NWS) in Norman issued a Severe Thunderstorm WATCH for 38 counties in Oklahoma. Kay County is one that is included until 22:00 hrs (10pm) CDT this date.</p>
<p>There are several roads closed due to high water in Kay County right now! </p>
