<p>On Tuesday, October 4th, officers from the Roscoe Police Department took a report of a general threat that had been made&nbsp;via social media towards Roscoe area schools.&nbsp; Following a trend on social media, the account name used the title siggy.the.clown as part of the identifier and photographs of clowns were attached&nbsp;to the posts.&nbsp;&nbsp;Officers from the Roscoe Police Department learned that the poster had used Instagram to state that they were coming for the students in the Roscoe School District.</p>

<p>Officers used details contained in the postings and information provided to them by the reporting party and school administrators to identify the suspect.&nbsp; On Thursday, October 6th, a 13 year old female was arrested in for Disorderly Conduct. &nbsp;</p>
