Huntington Man Arrested on Multiple Child Pornography Charges
(Huntington, IN)-A 22 year old Huntington man was arrested on three felony charges earlier today following an investigation into various crimes against children allegations.
An investigation initiated as a result of a tip provided from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children resulted in the execution of a search warrant at the man’s Huntington residence by member agencies of the Indiana Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force which include the Indiana State Police, Fort Wayne Police Department, Huntington Police Department and the Huntington County Prosecutor’s Office.
Investigators arrested 22 year old Caleb Case without incident and he has been preliminarily charged by the Huntington County Prosecutor’s Office with the following:
- Child Exploitation, Level 5 Felony
- Possession of Child Pornography, Level 5 Felony
- Possession of Child Pornography, Level 6 Felony
Investigators credit the collaborative effort of all of the agencies involved, especially that of the Huntington County Prosecutor’s Office in this complex and highly technical criminal investigation.
All Suspects Are Presumed Innocent Until Proven Guilty in a Court of Law.
