**Motorist Advisory** 
<p>Water is standing on almost all roadways within the Hope Mills city limits and, winds are increasing as Matthew nears our area. Driving conditions are extremely hazardous and, motorists need to stay off of the roadways. Officers will not be directing traffic at intersections or, other locations until safer weather conditions are present. </p>
