Town of Kitty Hawk Declares a State of Emergency

Due to current weather and road conditions the Town of Kitty Hawk has declared a state of emergency.</p>

Access within the Town is restricted to permanent residents of Dare County, essential personnel for critical businesses and emergency response and recovery personnel.

Town officials are asking everyone to stay at home until conditions improve.
