<p>The NCDOT and NC Highway Patrol have shut down the northbound travel lanes of US301 at the Elk Road intersection.</p>
<p>Traffic is being diverted onto NC162 (Hope Mills Bypass) due this closure. Motorists should expect heavy traffic conditions and delays in the areas of the following intersections:</p>
<p>Legion Road/NC162</p>
<p>Camden Road/NC162</p>
<p>Hope Mills Road/NC162</p>
<p>Fisher Road/NC162</p>
