Ms. McClain was located by officers of the Ontario Police Department and reunited with her family. <p>The Upland Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing, at risk person: Fannie McClain, age 81, black female, 5' 0", 127 lbs. wearing a black sweatshirt with a skull logo and white pants with a flower print. She was last seen near the Upland Metrolink station and may have boarded a train. She has dementia and has walked away from her family on prior occasions.</p>
