Many from the Community came out to join our neighbors and local police officers for coffee and conversation at the Bay Shore Bean.  The event was a great opportunity to build community trust and confidence.  The event was attended by Third Precinct Command Staff Inspector Robert Waring and Deputy Inspector William Doherty, along with COPE Officer Peter RIvera and Community Liaison Officer Eiffel Ramirez.  This was the first of, what we hope to be, several "Coffee With A Cop" events that will be circulated throughout the precinct.
