HMPD Detectives attempting to identify robbery suspect. 
<p>On Monday, October 17, 2016 at approximately 9:00pm, Hope Mills Police Officers responded to the Dollar General store on Legion Road in reference to a robbery that had just occurred. Upon arrival, Officers were unable to locate the suspect during a K-9 search and canvass of the area and the case was forwarded to the Detective Division for further investigation.</p>
<p>Hope Mills Police Detectives are attempting to identify and, locate the subject in the video stills. This subject is described as a black male, 5'7", 170 pounds and wearing all black clothing. This subject also displayed a handgun during the robbery.</p>
<p>If you know who this subject is or, have any other information regarding this crime please contact Detective G. Regan at 910-425-4103 during normal business hours. After normal business hours, please ask to speak to the Watch Commander or, on duty shift supervisor.</p>
<p>This subject is considered armed and dangerous. If you see this subject, do not approach or, attempt to detain him. Call 911 immediately.</p>
