<p>The Brigantine Police Department will be participating in &ldquo;Operation Take Back New Jersey&rdquo;, in a cooperative effort with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).&nbsp; The Brigantine Police Department will be setting up a <strong>MEDICATION DROP BOX</strong> on Saturday October 22nd 2016 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Brigantine Community Center.&nbsp; Residents are encouraged to clean out their medicine cabinets and dispose of expired and unused medications.&nbsp; Residents can come and drop off their medications anonymously and without question.&nbsp; Residents should remove their prescription label (if applicable) and remove any identifiable personal information before dropping the medication.&nbsp; Residents should make sure that caps on liquids are tightly sealed to prevent leakage.&nbsp; <strong>Syringes and other sharp objects will not be accepted.</strong></p>
