<p>Vineyard Avenue is closed in both directions between Ruby Hill and Machado due to a collision with power lines down. &nbsp;No vehicle, bicycle or pedestrian traffic will be able to pass. &nbsp;Please avoid the area and use alternate routes. &nbsp;The road is expected to be closed for several hours. &nbsp;</p>
