Elizabeth Sinks and John William Smith have been found. 
Elizabeth Sinks and John William Smith, who have been missing since October 19th, have now been found. The Dare County Sheriff's Office reports that both subjects were just located and the search has been cancelled. Thank you to all in the community that were assisting in this search.
