<p>The annual Macungie Halloween Parade and Fun Run will be tomorrow, Saturday, October 22nd. The event starts with a fun run at 6:45PM followed by the parade.</p>

<p>Route 100 will be CLOSED during the parade and remain closed until the parade is completed. SOUTHBOUND traffic will be detoured at Willow Lane (Wawa). Detour signs and/or Fire Police will be in place to direct motorists. NORTHBOUND traffic will be detoured at E. Macungie Road (Barnyard Market). N. Chestnut (Buckeye Road) will be closed at Buckeye Road (Eyer Middle School).</p>

<p>Residents and passing motiorists need to keep in mind that Macungie Fire Department will be participating in the parade so mutual aid from other Fire Departments is utilized to assist with the detours. The personnel from those departments may not know the local roads like we do so please be patient.</p>

<p>No Parking signs have been in place for several days now. Please make sure your vehicle is removed from the parade route. We will begin parking enforcement at 6PM.</p>
