<p>On October 25, 2016 at about 1:02 PM an Anderson Officer saw a blue Chevy Astrovan driving S/B on Highway 273 near Pinion Ave.&nbsp; The officer recognized the van from a stolen vehicle broadcast from earlier that day.&nbsp; The officer confirmed that the van was reported stolen through Shascom.&nbsp; Once confirmed as a stolen vehicle, a high risk vehicle stop was initiated at the ARCO AM/PM at Highway 273 and Rhonda Road.</p>

<p>Three subjects were detained without incident.&nbsp; The suspect who claimed &ldquo;possession&rdquo; of the van, 44 year old Jennifer Celoni, of Redding was arrested for auto theft and possession of a stolen vehicle.&nbsp; One of the passengers, 46 year old Christie Bailey of Redding had multiple warrants for her arrest.&nbsp;&nbsp; Both suspects were booked into Shasta County Jail.</p>

<p>The third subject was interviewed and released at the scene after it was determined he had no involvement.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The owners of the stolen vehicle were not in the area so the van was stored for safe keeping.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
