Two New Castle Men Arrested on Felony Charges

New Castle – An ongoing joint investigation between the Pendleton District Meth Suppression Team and the Henry County Drug Task Force led to two search warrants being served, and the arrest of two New Castle men.

Officers served the first search warrant at 3:10 this afternoon on a residence located at 820 Vine St. That warrant resulted in the arrest of Steven Dunn, age 47, for Possession of Meth, Maintaining a Common Nuisance and Possession of Paraphernalia.  Dunn was lodged in the Henry County Jail.

Then at 5:30 this afternoon officers served a search warrant on the residence at 408 N. 24th St.  As a result of that warrant Johnny Williams, age 27, was arrested and charged with Possession of Meth and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.  Williams was also lodged in the Henry County Jail.

The two agencies were assisted by the New Castle Police Department, the Henry County Sheriff’s Department, Henry County Community Corrections and Henry County Prosecutor Joe Bergacs.

All Suspects Are Presumed Innocent Until Proven Guilty in a Court of Law
