The Topsfield Police Department is presently taking reservations for an upcoming 4-hour, Firearm Safety Course that will be hosted at the Topsfield Police Department 210 Boston Street, Topsfield on Saturday, December10, 2016 from 8am-noon or 1pm-5pm. This course fulfills the State of Massachusetts requirement before residents can apply for a Firearms Identification Card or License to possess or carry a handgun. There is a $50. charge for Topsfield residents and $100. for non-Topsfield residents. Interested students are asked to email Sgt.
