Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III, Chief of Detectives John J. Kuczynski, and West Amwell Township Police Captain Stephen Bartzak announced that an investigation by the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office Forensic Analysis Collision Team (F.A.C.T.) and the West Amwell Township Police Department is underway.
According to Prosecutor Kearns, “On October 28th at approximately 10:40am, a truck driver was killed when his dump truck rolled over him in a work zone on private property in West Amwell Township. The investigation is ongoing and further details will be released as they become available. The victim’s name will be released after notification is made to his family.”
