The Chula Vista Public Library's Civic Center and Otay Ranch branches will serve as mail ballot drop-off sites for the coming election from Monday, Octover 31 until Tuesday, November 8. The Civic Center and South Chula Vista Library branches will serve as voting sites on election day, November 8.
