The Campbell Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying a bank robbery suspect.
October 28, 2016, at approximately 11:40 am, the Campbell Police Department received a report of an armed robbery that had just occurred at the Chase Bank located at 1605 S. Winchester Blvd.
Surveillance video shows the suspect walk into the bank and approach a teller. The suspect made threats to the teller that he had a gun, however, no weapon was seen. After the teller handed over money, the suspect exited through the east doors of the bank and was last seen walking southbound on Winchester Blvd.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male who is approximately 30-35 years old. He appears to be 5’7”-5’10”, medium to heavy build and clean shaven. The suspect was wearing a black hoodie with a maroon shirt underneath and a black baseball hat, with a light colored brim, on backwards.
This case is currently being investigated by the Campbell Police Investigations Division and other local jurisdictions have been notified.
