Halloween in Winooski Event scheduled today - Saturday, October 29th from 5pm - 8pm. Motorists and pedestrians are asked to PLEASE USE EXTREME CAUTION when driving around the Winooski Rotary or walking into Rotary Park. Crossing guards will be stationed at the north and south entrances of Rotary Park escorting families in and out of the park for the event. City-wide free parking will be available all day.
