Community

It's time to continue our Angels Night Weekend, Let's meet up today at 5:30pm 14383 Gratiot. Click here for info>

Alright Detroit;

As the sun goes down, let's start keeping a look out for unusual and/or suspicious behavior in our neighborhoods.

Let's Turn on those porch lights, have our cell phones really to record video, have our pen and paper ready to take notes & descriptions.

Let's TOGETHER protect our city! Our FIRE DEPARTMENT & Assist All Our Law Enforcement Officers.

Just like on the movie "Home Alone" IT'S OUR CITY, WE MUST PROTECT IT"!

ANGELS' NIGHT HAS OFFICIALLY BEGUN, SO LET'S GET IT DONE.

We would like to Thank all the community groups & neighborhood organizations that have reached out to The Detroit 300 with their Angels Night suggestions & support.

One of the main suggestions, and keeping with the "One Detroit" theme, was interoperability thru communications. Many of the people that have expressed concerns do not/or are not part of a organized patrol or city block club patrol, so The Detroit 300 Community Action Team will be monitoring FRS (Family Radio Service) Channel 3.

Detroit 300 when in range will be honored to communicate and share intel or just "How do U do's" with the block clubs or other organizations monitoring FRS (Family Radio Service) Channel 3.

List of FRS Channels:

Channel Frequency (Mhz) Notes
1 462.5625 Shared with GMRS
2 462.5875 Shared with GMRS
3 462.6125 Shared with GMRS
4 462.6375 Shared with GMRS
